Airfreight
For cargo that needs to be flown, Global Motion has access to the complete worldwide network of passenger and freighter scheduled aircraft. This makes it possible for us to ship our customers cargo anywhere in the world; city to city direct, via international connection, wide bodied, narrow bodied, full pallets or loose cargo, all are available options. We understand the shifting world of airline schedules and restrictions and the potential delays that can be caused by the seasonal nature of the airfreight industry. We will help you avoid unnecessary delays and costs by thinking ahead, and give you the best options possible.
Charters
If scheduled services cannot meet the deadline, or when the amount of freight is just too large, we offer a full range of cargo charter options, from 600 kilos in a Beech King Air to 300 tonnes in a fleet of Antonov 124's or 747's. A project manager will be on board, on hand 24 hours a day.
Seafreight
When time allows, or if shipments are just too large, we offer a fully integrated range of sea freight services. We offer standard containers, high cubes, flat racks, open tops, even refrigerated. As in all other moves, a project manager will be monitoring your shipment's progress. If a direct service is not available, we will use our local office or agent at the transhipment point to ensure that the container makes the connecting vessel.
Road Services
We have forged close relationships with all of the major tour truckers, allowing us access to literally hundreds of specially equipped, modern, reliable air ride vehicles. All trucks have load bars or straps to secure the freight ensuring it arrives in the same condition that it left.
Handcarry
Small but particularly urgent or valuable shipments or ones that do not have time to go through lengthier export procedures, can be taken personally by one of our staff, anywhere in the world.
Customs
We are familiar with all import and export customs entry procedures worldwide. We raise all necessary documents ourselves. We have the ability to create your ATA carnet within 24 hours of you presenting us with the necessary information, thanks to our close relationships with The US, Canadian, New Zealand, Australian and UK Chambers of Commerce.
Storage
We have storage facilities at Heathrow, Toronto and Los Angeles , as well as agreements with our agents in other locations to handle both your long term and short term storage needs.
